Data controller

What data we collect

When you use the booking form, we collect the data you provide yourself: the event date and city, the type of event, your phone number and email address. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

Data submitted through the form is processed to handle your inquiry about date availability and to prepare an offer (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken prior to entering into a contract), and, for further phone or email contact, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely responding to your inquiry.

Recipients of data

Data from the form goes directly to the email addresses of the people responsible for the band’s bookings (Marcin Maroszek, Michał Michota) and is processed by our hosting and email service provider. Data is not shared with other parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention period

Data from booking inquiries is stored for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, if cooperation goes ahead, for the duration of that cooperation plus any period required by law (e.g. tax regulations). In other cases, data is deleted promptly after correspondence ends, no later than 12 months after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Cookies and third-party technologies

• The site does not use its own cookies for analytics or marketing purposes.
• The fonts used on the site (Archivo, Archivo Black, Space Mono) are currently loaded from Google Fonts servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
• Video thumbnails and the video player on the Music and video page come from YouTube (Google). Thumbnails load automatically, while the full player only starts once you click a video - from that point on, YouTube/Google’s privacy policy applies, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• The site contains links to the band’s Facebook and Instagram profiles (Meta) - visiting those services is subject to their own privacy policies.

Data security

Data sent through the contact form is protected against unauthorised access through, among other things, an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and an anti-spam mechanism (a hidden “honeypot” field).

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time, in particular in connection with technical changes to the site (e.g. the addition of visit statistics). The current version is always available at this address.
