General provisions
- These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the propabanda.pl website (the “Site”), operated by the band Propabanda East Collective (the “Band”).
- You can contact the Band via the booking form available on the Site and the contact details listed on the Contact page.
- Using the Site means you accept these Terms of Service.
Scope of services
The Site is informational and promotional in nature. It lets you browse the Band’s concert offer, audio and video materials, a photo gallery, and submit an inquiry about date availability through the contact form.
Contact and booking form
- Sending an inquiry through the form does not constitute a date reservation or the conclusion of a contract - it is a preliminary inquiry, which the Band responds to individually.
- Performance terms (including pricing, availability, technical requirements) are agreed separately, outside the Site, e.g. by email or phone.
- The Band makes every effort to respond to inquiries within a reasonable time - usually within a few business days.
Copyright and intellectual property
- Content published on the Site (photos, audio/video recordings, text, graphics, logo) is protected by copyright and is either owned by the Band or used with the permission of the rights holders.
- Materials available on the Press kit page may be used by event organisers solely to promote the Band’s performance, with attribution preserved.
- Copying, distributing or modifying the Site’s content for other purposes without the Band’s consent is prohibited.
Liability
- The Band makes every effort to keep the information on the Site (including technical details, dates and prices) up to date, but is not liable for any inaccuracies - if in doubt, please confirm details directly with the Band.
- The Band is not liable for interruptions to the Site’s operation resulting from technical causes, including those on the part of the hosting provider.
- The Site contains links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) - the Band is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those platforms.
Complaints
Comments about how the Site functions can be sent to the email addresses listed on the Contact page. Reports are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Final provisions
- The Band reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The current version is always available at this address.
- For matters not covered by these Terms of Service, Polish law applies.
- Personal data processing rules are described in a separate Privacy Policy.
